What you'll be doing:
– Operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload palletised freight
– Support shipping and receiving, making sure goods are handled correctly
– Stack and store materials in the right spots
– Carry out manual handling, including heavier lifting when needed
– Run daily equipment and safety checks
– Keep your work area clean, organised, and safe
– Follow all health and safety procedures
What you'll bring:
– A valid counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
– Previous warehouse experience
– Pallet network experience (a bonus)
– Comfort using scanning equipment
– A basic handle on warehouse management systems (WMS)
– Solid numeracy
– Physical fitness and the stamina for night shifts
