  We are recruiting an Administrator (Gatehouse Controller) to join a night shift logistics operation. This is an on-site role supporting the smooth and efficient flow of drivers and vehicles through site, alongside key administrative and reporting duties.

  This position is suited to individuals with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.

  Working hours (nights)

  20:00 to 04:30 (with occasional requirement to work until 05:30)

  Key responsibilities

  Manage the booking in and booking out of drivers and vehicles attending site

  Maintain accurate operational records and update internal spreadsheets

  Provide clear instructions to drivers on site rules and procedures

  Support the wider operation with general administrative tasks

  Assist with producing and maintaining basic operational reports

  Monitor and record relevant operational data accurately

  Liaise with operational teams to ensure efficient vehicle movement on site

  Escalate any issues, delays, or anomalies to the appropriate manager

  Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety standards

  Requirements

  Good general administrative skills

  Competent IT user with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  Strong written and verbal communication skills

  High attention to detail and accuracy

  Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

  Reliable and able to commit to night shift working

  Desirable

  Previous experience in a transport, logistics, warehouse, or gatehouse environment

  Experience dealing with drivers and site visitors

  Experience producing or maintaining operational reports

  We are recruiting Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a night shift warehouse operation in Watling Park. This is an on-site role within a fast-paced logistics environment, supporting the safe and efficient movement of palletised goods.

  This position is suitable for individuals with previous warehouse and FLT experience who value safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

  Key responsibilities

  Operate counterbalance forklifts to load and unload palletised freight safely

  Assist with shipping and receiving activities, ensuring correct handling of goods

  Stack and store materials correctly in designated warehouse areas

  Carry out manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting where required

  Conduct daily equipment and safety checks

  Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

  Follow all company health and safety procedures at all times

  Requirements

  Valid counterbalance FLT licence (essential)

  Previous experience working in a warehouse environment

  Pallet network experience (advantageous)

  Experience using scanning equipment

  Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS)

  Good numeracy skills

  Physically fit and able to work night shifts
