Van Multidrop Delivery Driver
£14 per hour
Long-term position. From Monday to Friday (possibly weekend during busy period)
The daily fixed rate £98 per day
Working at depot. Van is provided to Driver in this position.
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and multidrop, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition. The Driver will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service and supporting the operation.
Key responsibilities:
– Loading the van at the depot, ensuring items are secured properly during transit
– Multidrop – 80-120 stops per day
– Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
– Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
– Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules or any delays
– Uphold a professional appearance and behaviour at all times when representing the organisationStart Time: between 6 am and 7:30 am. It will be confirmed by client on daily basis.
Required Dress Code : Plain, clean and well-maintained clothing and footwear. Steel toe-cap footwear is a must at all times.
Requirements as a full time Delivery Driver :
– Driving License : Valid Full UK driving license (No IN, DD, DR, TT, DG points)
– Insurance Requirements : 23 year old or over
– No more than 6 points on UK license
– Right To Work document(s) if applicable
– DVLA UK driving license information
– Basic DBS check
– Parcel delivery experience would be an advantage
– Ability to perform heavy lifting when loading or unloading items safely
– Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
– Responsible attitude with a focus on safety, punctuality, and customer service standardsThis role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, physically fit, and possess excellent organisational skills, committed to delivering outstanding service while adhering to safety standards.
Training will be provided on site.
The payment is weekly, based on daily rate
