Own LWB Van Multidrop Delivery Driver
£25.71 per hour
Long-term position. From Monday to Friday (possibly weekend during busy period)
Working at depot. This position is only for LWB ‘Large Wheel Base’ Van drivers with the insurances in place.
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and multidrop, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition. The Driver will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service and supporting the operation.
Key responsibilities:
– Loading the van at the depot, ensuring items are secured properly during transit
– Multidrop delivery , 70-100 stops per day
– Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
– Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
– Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules or any delays
– Uphold a professional appearance and behaviour at all times when representing the organisation.Required Dress Code : Plain, clean and well-maintained clothing and footwear. Steel toe-cap footwear is a must at all times.
Requirements :
-Driving License : Valid Full UK driving license (No IN, DD, DR, TT, DG points)
-Insurance Requirements : 23 year old or over
– No more than 6 points on UK license
– Right To Work document(s) if applicable
– Van Insurances : Goods In Transit, Public Liability and Hire & Reward insurances
– Parcel delivery experience would be an advantage
– Ability to perform heavy lifting when loading or unloading items safely
– Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members

Training will be provided on site.
The payment is weekly, based on daily rate. The daily rate of £180 (inclusive of all taxes and charges).
