  We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team.   Start Time: between 6 am and 7:30 am. It will be confirmed by client on daily basis.

  Requirements :

  Driving License: Valid Full UK driving license (No IN, DD, DR, TT, DG points)
  Insurance Requirements: 23 year old or over
  No more than 6 points on UK license
  Right To Work document(s) if applicable
  Parcel delivery experience would be an advantage
  Ability to perform heavy lifting when loading or unloading items safely
  Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
  Responsible attitude with a focus on safety, punctuality, and customer service standards

  This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, physically fit, and possess excellent organisational skills, committed to delivering outstanding service while adhering to safety standards.

  Training will be provided on site.

  The payment is weekly, based on daily rate.

  This is an on-site role supporting the smooth and efficient flow of drivers and vehicles through site, alongside key administrative and reporting duties.

  Key responsibilities

  Manage the booking in and booking out of drivers and vehicles attending site
  Maintain accurate operational records and update internal spreadsheets
  Provide clear instructions to drivers on site rules and procedures
  Support the wider operation with general administrative tasks
  Assist with producing and maintaining basic operational reports
  Monitor and record relevant operational data accurately
  Liaise with operational teams to ensure efficient vehicle movement on site
  Escalate any issues, delays, or anomalies to the appropriate manager
  Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety standards
  Requirements

  Good general administrative skills
  Competent IT user with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  Strong written and verbal communication skills
  High attention to detail and accuracy
  Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  Reliable and able to commit to night shift working
  Desirable

  Previous experience in a transport, logistics, warehouse, or gatehouse environment
  Experience dealing with drivers and site visitors
  Experience producing or maintaining operational reports

  The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently,

  Duties

  Trucking between varied distribution centres and 3rd party locations.
  Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues.
  Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.
  Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, representing the company professionally.

  Qualifications & Experience:

  Valid commercial driving licence (C+E or equivalent) with a maximum 6 points.
  Proven experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving roles is preferred.
  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  Previous tramping experience preferred
  Good attitude and reliability
